The definition of what a blog means.
A blog is a collection of web pages were a person writes and posts content on a reguar bases about a specific subject or opinion. Each article is called a blog post. A blog can be on your website or it can be off on another website.
The word blog came from two words web log, which started out a journal or log online. Then the words got shortened and because one word, blog. What a blog was has also changed over the years. Typically it's articles or posts published regularly and each post follows the overall theme or subject matter of the blog.
